Our members have the privilege of voicing any grievance or complaint regarding their service condition to the Association. AHSD, WB is committed to take up any member’s cause, if justified, to the necessary level.
A member has to apply in writing to the General Secretary in specified format and to submit it to his/her branch which will discuss the matter in its executive committee. Once approved in EC of the branch, the application is transmitted to the central office to be considered by the Grievance subcommittee of Association, which sits once a month. After assessing importance and justification of the grievance the recommended ones are taken up with the concerned authority, the administration or the Association itself.
